<span style='color:green'> Rolando "Ro" Antonio Blackman </span> (born February 26, 1959 in Panama City, Panama) was an NBA basketball star who spent most of his career with the Dallas Mavericks.
Rolando Blackman was drafted by the Mavericks in the first round (9th overall) of the 1981 draft out of Kansas State University. While with the Mavericks, Blackman was named to the NBA All-Star Team four times, and played on six Maverick playoff teams.
The four-time NBA All-Star played with the Mavericks from 1981-92 and is the team’s all-time leading scorer with 16,643 points. Overall he appears in the Top 10 in 18 different statistical categories in Mavericks history. He holds Maverick records in field goals (6,487) and field goal attempts (13,061), free throws made and attempted (3,501-4,166) and starts (781). He owns a total of 27 Dallas regular season, playoff and rookie records, including consecutive games without fouling out (865).
